This is sattam naif alshibani
Owner of account no.: 140266 in Alpari UK
I've an account in Alpari Uk, and i've got an access to claim portal
And i logged at it and since my english is not good
I've waived my claim thinking i'm agreeing to the claim
and after i knew what "waiving my claim" means
I request kindly to cancel my claim waiving ,I've large amount of money in my account , and i can't afford to lose it or waive it
So please cancel my request and reset the process to agree the claim and going to next procedure to have my money back
